Here are answers to some Frequently Asked Questions about ParkerSpirit.com.  If your question is not here please email us at sales@ParkerSpirit.com, or call us at 

  • Are students in compliance with the dress code and allowed to wear spirit wear items purchased at ParkerSpirit.com to school? Yes! All items offered on the site are approved for Upper School students to wear at school. Middle and Lower School students are limited to those items offered in the Middle & Lower School section of the website.  
  • Does a portion of each sale really go back to Francis Parker? Yes! Each purchase you make through this site not only helps promote school spirit, but it also supports the school financially with 10% of each sale going directly back to Parker.
  • Is there a physical store front to shop or pick items up from? No. ParkerSpirit.com is primarily an on-line shopping experience. Orders are shipped directly to you. However, we do work directly with school coaches, teachers, team parents, and other school related leaders to coordinate group orders and deliveries.

  • Can I place a group order?  Yes!  As mentioned above we do work directly with school coaches, teachers, team parents, and other school related leaders to coordinate group orders and deliveries, often times with discounted pricing. Please contact us for more information if you have a school team or group for which you would like to organize a group order.

  • How can I place an order for my school team or group? It's easy, just call or email us!  We'll work with you to get the items you want for your group's specific needs. 

  • Can I order items that I don't see listed on-line? Yes! Just because you don't see a particular item posted on the store does not mean that we can't get one or make one for you. Please contact us to ask about any Under Armour or other product you are interested in. 

  • How come my team or club doesn't have it's own tab under the "Athletics" menu?  Because no one has asked! If you have an athletic team, academic team, school club, or other school related or sponsored group we would be happy to offer items specific to your group as well.

  • I'm getting a message at the end of my ordering process that states that some of the items in my cart can not be delivered to the address given - why?  Every now and then an order with multiple items will surpass the shipping parameters set up by the shipping software. Please try breaking your order into two smaller orders. If this does not solve the problem please contact us and we will assist you. We apologize for any inconvenience.     Frequently Asked Questions

    Shipping

    Where can you ship?

    We can ship orders to virtually any address in the U.S. using the U.S. Postal Service, so please provide a ship to address that is USPS compatible. For orders weighing less than 1-pound First Class USPS shipping is offered. For orders weighing more than 1-pound the least expensive shipping option offered by USPS is Priority.

    How long will it take to receive my order?

    We generally as that you please allow 10-14 business days for delivery regardless of which shipping option is used. 

    Some items may take longer depending on availability. If you have a specific deadline or other need to expedite a shipment please contact us and we will try to accommodate you as best we can. 

    Shipping rates for most of the items offered on ParkerSpirit.com are weight-based. As noted above USPS Priority is the default shipping method as it is the most cost effective option for any order weighing more than 1 pound. If your order weighs less than 1 pound you will also be offered the USPS First-Class shipping option. 

    Returns and Exchanges

    How do I return a product?

    Most new, unused items decorated with a general "Parker", "P", or "Shield"  logo may be returned within 15 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item), or the item is defective ParkerSpirit.com will pay for any costs to return or replace the item.

    Items that have been customized with a specific team sport name, custom name, custom number, or any other non-general "Parker", "P", or "Shield" embellishment are not returnable nor exchangeable. 

    If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow these instructions:

    1. Please email us at sales@ParkerSpirit.com to let us know what exchange you would like to make.
    2. Leave the item(s) you want to return in bag labeled "ParkerSpirit Return" at the security guard booth located at the Upper School entrance. Please also include inside the bag either your packing slip or a note with your order information so that we can properly recognize the return. If the booth is closed due to the construction please leave it at the main reception desk.
    3. Once we have received the items you are returning we will email you when the items you want to exchange for are ready to be picked up. Those items will be left for you to pick up at the same Upper School guard's booth in a bag with your name on it.
